Coaching experience is optional, and training is provided! You must be 16 years of age or older and  you will also be required to make a commitment of a 1 hour practice, 1x/per week, and a 1 hour Saturday game time between April – June, 2024 and attend an interview session (Zoom) and Coaches Training Clinics (in person).

NOTES:

1. Please allow 10-15 minutes to complete this form.

2. If you are a new coach or if you coached Micro Footie over 5 years ago, you will be guided to completed an online Criminal Record Check on Ministry of Justice’s website through this process; That website is NOT smartphone friendly, please use a computer;

3. If you are a new coach, you will be contacted about a volunteer training session or you can save the Zoom meeting link in the Coach Signup Google form.

4. After you complete the online Coach Signup Google Form, our team will send you waivers and other documents via Docusign for digital signing.  Once you complete the forms there, we will reach out to you to get your athletes registered.
